**Flavor Notes**
**Aroma**: Rich, uplifting floral scent with a hint of spiciness you get when cutting ginger.
**Taste**: Sweet! The citrus flavor is obvious. It also has the taste of Luye Red Oolong Tea, and it tastes like a blend of tea and coffee.
**Aftertaste**: Very sweet. When you inhale after drinking, you can also feel a slight aroma of honey and roasted tea.
**Barista's Notes**
This "Ethiopian Yirgacheffe Maluru Smallholder" coffee brings a rich drinking experience.
In addition to the traditional bright fruit flavor and clean taste, it has a special flavor similar to Taiwan Luye Red Oolong, which makes people accidentally think they are drinking a cup of lightly roasted tea. The acidity is clean and restrained, and the aftertaste is a long-lasting sweetness.
We particularly like its transformation at different temperature levels: when it is hot, the floral aroma is clear, when it is slightly warm, the tea flavor emerges, and when it is cooled, it even has a hint of candied citrus, which is endlessly memorable.
**Suitable for you**
• Coffee lovers who like floral and tea-like aromas
• Different from the traditional elegant style, want to experience a fragrance of Yirgacheffe
• I hope to find a fine bean with rich layers of flavor to drink quietly in the afternoon

• Pour over (V60, Kalita, Chemex):
Suitable for showing its fresh fruity aroma and layered texture, it is recommended to use a finer grinding degree (medium-fine), water temperature of about 89 - 93°C, and brewing time of about 2.5 - 3 minutes. The steaming time can be slightly longer (40 seconds) to help release the tea flavor and sweetness.
• Siphon pot:
To bring out the clarity and aroma of the coffee, it is recommended to grind it medium-fine and keep it gentle when stirring to make the flavor purer.
• French Press:
If you want to emphasize the rich aftertaste and aroma extension, filter cloth extraction is also recommended. Use a coarser grind.
