After placing your order, please message the design studio. The artist will discuss the details of your artwork with you. Please provide clear, well-lit photos and discuss the desired size and background for your painting. This item is sized at 22.5x15.5 cm. Other sizes are available and will affect the price; a solid color background is recommended to highlight the pet. You can also message the artist beforehand to discuss your needs before placing an order! 2. Once confirmed, the painting process begins. Completion time varies depending on the artwork's content and size, so please be patient. 3. Upon completion, the artist will send photos to the buyer for review and discuss any necessary revisions. Significant alterations may incur additional charges. 4. After revisions are made, the artist will sign the artwork in a corner, and it will be shipped. Due to the nature of oil paints, drying time is required, and packaging will occur approximately one to two weeks after completion. Please note the following when ordering: ***To accurately capture your pet's fur color, please ensure the photos provided match your pet's actual fur color. You may also provide multiple photos for the artist's reference. ***Each person/pet has unique characteristics that require careful attention during painting.
