Most items in the studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. For in-stock items, shipping takes 1-3 days. Made-to-order pieces require a waiting period. If you need to receive your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for availability or to see if a quicker production is possible. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing requires more time. Items involving factory processing include: wax carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving. Items priced above NT$2000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$2000 can have one added with an additional purchase). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will come with a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (boxes will still be included where applicable).
