- The first step in influencing the flavor of coffee.
- Discuss green bean observations from different regions and varieties.
2. Treatment method:
- Washed beans vs. Natural sun drying.
- Effect of processing methods on flavor.
3. Heating process of bean roasting machine:
- The initial roasting stage (the process when the beans begin to change color).
- Mid-roast (critical period for beans to develop flavor).
- The importance of controlling the heat.
- Post-roasting (final roasting and bean-dropping moment with controlled temperature and time).
- The cooling process ensures the best flavor.
4. Discuss roasted coffee beans and flavor experience:
- Further discussion of the correlation based on selected bean type and roast level.

These courses include material fees. Students can experience more intuitive machine operations in the manual standard course to understand the standard flavor of the production area, while the ARTSON software advanced course will focus on the corresponding flavor explanation (according to the course elective progress) ).

Event notes
Coffee will be consumed during the class, and it is recommended to eat something before class.
Please bring a thermos or water bottle to take away your own brewed coffee.
If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price will be charged for all expenses incurred.
