For shoes/bags/accessories, it is recommended not to soak them in water for cleaning (this applies to all brands). Cleaning after wear may not restore them to their original condition and may leave cleaning marks. Clean by diluting a neutral detergent with water, gently brushing with a brush, wiping off foam with a damp cloth, and air-drying. 7. Casual shoes are packaged in shoeboxes, while slippers/bags/accessories are packed in PP bags. Packaging materials are for protection, and minor collisions or indentations during logistics delivery are unavoidable. Packaging materials are not eligible for return or exchange. 8. Genuine leather insoles may exhibit variations in texture and color depending on the natural characteristics of the skin and seasonal changes (unlike synthetic leather which offers uniform appearance). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly due to individual screen settings. Colors are subject to the actual product. Manual measurements may have a tolerance within the international standard and a normal difference of 1-3 cm. 10. Collaborated products are officially licensed. Packaging (boxes, bags, or small cards with authorization marks or official licensed logos) must not be counterfeited. 【Return & Exchange Policy】 1. Returns and exchanges require the product to be in new, unworn condition with original packaging (shoebox + outer box), including accessories and attached tags. 2. Discounts for spending thresholds/quantity purchases or free shipping offers cannot be partially returned. If you wish to return items from such offers, please return the entire order and reorder. 3. For any concerns or missing items upon receipt, a complete unboxing video is required to ensure the rights of both parties and to facilitate returns, exchanges, or replacements. 4.
