We strive to avoid these on our creations, but they are sometimes unavoidable. Please consider this before purchasing if you are concerned. 3. Repair services are available. Items damaged by non-human factors within 3 months of purchase can be repaired free of charge (damage to the leather surface cannot be repaired; minor scratches can be smoothed with leather care oil). A nominal fee will apply for repairs after the warranty period.
