Registration Notes ▼ Please ensure your email address is accurate upon registration. Await confirmation from the organizers. ▼ Upon approval, a payment notice will be sent to your email. Failure to pay within 3 days will result in cancellation of your registration. ▼ After payment is completed, a pre-event notice will be emailed 3 days prior to the activity. ▼ If you do not receive the payment or pre-event notice, please visit our official website and add our Line account via the contact information at the bottom right for inquiries. ▼ Should you be unable to attend on the day of the event, please inform us by phone. No-shows will be blacklisted. ▼ Please provide truthful personal information during registration. You will be held legally responsible for any falsified information. Safety & Security Measures ● Upon check-in at the event, your ID will be verified. Failure to present ID, or if the person is not the registrant, or is found to be not single, will result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of the registration fee. (Verified Identity System) ● A check of male participants' work ID or proof of employment will be conducted prior to the event to confirm eligibility. (Verified Identity System) ● Participants may use a pseudonym during the event to maintain privacy. (Anonymous Participation) ● During registration, you may note in the remarks section anyone you wish to avoid encountering (e.g., colleagues). We will endeavor to prevent them from being in the same event group. ● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy. Other Important Information I. Cancellation Policy: ▼ Cancellations notified 7 days or more before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 90% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations notified between 6 days and 4 days before the event (excluding the event day) will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid. ▼ Cancellations made 3 days before the event up to and including the event day are not accepted, and no refund will be issued. ▼ If you choose to withdraw from the event during its course due to reasons not attributable to the organizers, no refund will be provided. ▼ In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you regarding postponement or refunds. ▼ If the event is cancelled due to reasons attributable to the organizers, a full refund will be issued. II. Rescheduling or Changing Activities: ▼ Changes to the date or alternative activities can be made up to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). However, only one change is permitted. ▼ If there is a price difference after changing the date or activity, the difference will be refunded or paid accordingly. ▼ Once a change of date or activity has been made, cancellations are no longer accepted. ▼ Changes to the date or activity are not accepted 3 days before the event up to and including the event day. III. Electronic invoices will be emailed after the event. Lottery winners will be notified separately. If you require a three-part invoice, please specify this in the remarks section during registration.
