【Getting to "Poetry of Craft"】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Section 1, Jiankang Road, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals: You can ride a scooter or drive. Opposite the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there is a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for "Zhuxi Village." Proceed straight for about 60 meters, and you will see the "Poetry of Craft" sign. (Avoid turning onto the riverside walking path in front; while the pink flowering maple trees are lovely). If you need parking, there is a lot between the COFFEE DUET and ORO cafes nearby.
2. For visitors from out of town: It's about a 10-minute taxi ride from the train station. If taking a city bus, catch bus number 5 from the train station and alight at the "Zhuxi Temple" stop (right next to the large tree). If you are arriving via the tourist bus or the high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit more of a walk; alight at "Yanping Junwang Shrine," walk along Kaishan Road towards Fuliang Road, then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. You can do it!

【Important Notes】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the Pinkoi e-ticket for the workshop, and confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years of age or older.
3. Due to limited space, for the comfort and safety of participants, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area. Unregistered guests may not participate.
4. For craft workshops, two people cannot share one material kit.
5. If materials are accidentally damaged or errors occur due to personal oversight during the process, participants can purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Please do so at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants should adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damage caused by non-compliance will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop to maximize your experience. (Refunds are not possible on the day of the workshop as per regulations.)
9. During the workshop, "Poetry of Craft" will take photos for event documentation. These photos will be uploaded to our Facebook fan page or Instagram "Poetry of Craft" event page after the activity. Your image may be used in event recaps or for promotional purposes for future workshops. Participants are welcome to download their photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In the event of force majeure (e.g., typhoons leading to work or school closures), "Poetry of Craft" will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
2. Refunds requested due to personal reasons will incur a 30% service fee. (If inconvenient, we recommend contacting the instructor to reschedule, with one reschedule allowed.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After placing your order, please verify the items and payment on your e-ticket. On-site, we can only process additional payments; no refunds will be provided.
