【Directions to "Craft Your Own Poem"】
Address: No. 38, Lane 113, Jiankang Road Section 1, South District, Tainan City
1. For Tainan locals: You can arrive by scooter or car. Opposite the McDonald's on Jiankang Road, there's a small slope. At the entrance, under a large tree, you'll see a sign for "Zhuxi Village." Walk straight for 60 meters, and you'll see the "Craft Your Own Poem" sign. (Avoid turning onto the riverside path in front, even though the pink flower maple trees are lovely.) If you need parking, there is a lot between COFFEE DUET and ORO Cafe.
2. For visitors: A taxi from the train station takes about 10 minutes. If you're taking a city bus, take bus route 5 from the train station and alight at "Zhuxi Temple" stop (right by the large tree). If you're arriving via the tourist bus or high-speed rail shuttle, it's a bit further; you'll need to get off at "Yanping Junwang Temple," walk along Kaishan Road towards Fulian Road, then towards Jiankang Road. Crossing Jiankang Road will lead you to the Zhuxi Village slope. Good luck!

【Helpful Reminders】
1. After placing your order, please check your email for the PINKOI e-ticket for the workshop. Confirm the item and time slot.
2. Participants must be 12 years or older.
3. Due to limited space, only ticket holders are permitted in the workshop area for comfort and safety. Unpurchased guests may not participate.
4. For handmade craft workshops, two people cannot share one material kit.
5. If materials are damaged or incorrectly made due to personal error during the process, participants may purchase replacement materials on-site (paying the difference) to continue their creation. We appreciate your understanding.
6. If you need to reschedule, please request a refund and re-purchase your ticket. (Must be done at least 5 days in advance.)
7. Participants must adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the participant's responsibility.
8. Please arrive on time for the workshop. Late arrivals may affect your experience time. (No refunds will be issued on the day of the workshop.)
9. During the workshop, "Craft Your Own Poem" will take photos and videos, which will be uploaded to our Facebook page or Instagram "Craft Your Own Poem" event page after the session. Photos and videos containing your likeness may be used for event recaps or future promotional materials. You are welcome to download any photos featuring yourself. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the instructor on-site, and they will make arrangements.
【Refund Policy】
1. In case of force majeure events (e.g., typhoons causing work or school closures), "Craft Your Own Poem" will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
2. For refunds due to personal reasons, a 30% service fee will be charged. (If you encounter inconvenience, we recommend contacting the instructor to reschedule, limited to one change.)
3. No refunds will be issued within 5 days prior to the event.
4. After the customer places an order, please verify the items and payment on the e-ticket. On-site services are limited to supplementary payments, not refunds.
