Returns and exchanges must be for "brand new, unwashed" products. As these are personal hygiene items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once they have been washed. 2. Cherry Honey Cloth Pads are purely handmade. Minor loose threads, slight variations in dimensions, or fabric creases are considered normal. Please do not purchase if you are a perfectionist. 3. Each series is photographed using the actual product. Please understand that patterns may vary slightly depending on the position on the fabric. 4. For more detailed instructions on use, cleaning, and patent information, please refer to the official Cherry Honey Cloth Pad website. 5. Repairs for buttons are available for purchases made at any of the four Happy King stores. If a button falls off, it can be repaired (you only need to cover the round-trip shipping). Please do not discard your cloth pads; please send me a private message if you need a repair. Reminder: Please read before using new items. Before the first use, please be sure to wash them once with a "neutral detergent," then spin-dry and air-dry thoroughly. Since colored cotton is a natural material, it is not color-fast; a very small amount of light brown color may release during the first wash. This is a characteristic of colored cotton, not artificial dyeing. (Just as leaves release green sap or crushed fruit releases juice.) While the light brown color is so faint it is barely visible to the naked eye, it can flow downward during drying, potentially leaving water marks after the fabric dries. Using a neutral detergent will help remove the released color, preventing your cloth pad from staining, so please do not wash with water alone. Using the spin-dry function of a washing machine also helps remove excess moisture and speeds up the drying process, reducing the likelihood of water marks. We do not accept returns or exchanges for product issues caused by failure to read instructions or follow the provided cleaning guidelines.
