(7) Misalignment or imperfections at the pattern matching points between different fabric pieces. (8) Pottery/Ceramics: Bubbles <1mm; bumps <1mm; stains/dye splatters <2mm; cracks <2mm; color bleed <2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and Prints: For dimensions under 100cm, an error of <3%; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of <5%. Due to the extensive manual processes involved in production, customers who are highly sensitive to precise dimensions/colors should consider carefully before ordering. ★ By placing a custom order, you acknowledge and accept the terms outlined in the shopping process. Unless the product has a significant undisclosed defect, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. Defects caused by human factors will be assessed by the company to distinguish between intentional damage or issues arising from the product (e.g., T-shirts, fabric items) having been washed, worn, or used, in which case returns/exchanges will not be accepted. ★ Please ensure you have selected the correct image and size before placing your order.
