3. Since each flower/plant has its own appearance, the final work may be slightly different from the photo and cannot be exactly the same.
(In case of shortage of flower material or poor flower shape, it will be replaced with other suitable flower material)
4. Before shipment, we will communicate with customers and confirm whether the finished products are satisfied before shipment.
5. It is inevitable that there will be a natural phenomenon of falling small flowers during the transportation process. After receiving the goods, please handle them with care to reduce the wear and tear caused by collisions.

【Product description and storage method】
1. Eternal flowers can also be called non-withering flowers.
2. Flowers treated with special technology do not need watering and can be kept for at least 3 years or more (dry flowers can be kept for about 1 year)
3. Be sure to place it in a dry environment and avoid direct sunlight.
4. If there is a little dust on the work, you can use a soft brush (ex: powder brush) to gently brush it off!
【Flower material】
This museum uses the eternal flower (not withering flower) roses, hydrangea and other flowers and leaves from the well-known Japanese brand Dadi Farm. Please purchase with confidence.
【Delivery Method】
1. Home delivery or superstores are available throughout Taiwan, excluding outlying islands. (Larger works are only available for home delivery)
2. Shuangbei delivery is based on regional quotations, please inform the designer of the delivery location and discuss before placing an order.
3. The face-to-face delivery location is mainly the Green Line MRT Station.
