**Genuine leather originates from animal skin, making each piece unique. The processing of each piece of faux leather, including coloring, is handled differently to achieve a genuine leather texture. While we handle the leather with care, minor imperfections such as scratches, wrinkles, indentations, or spots are normal and should not be considered defects.**
**Returns & Exchanges**
The following situations are not eligible for return or exchange:
1. Items that have been washed, used, or damaged due to personal reasons.
2. Exceeding the return period (within 7 days of customer receiving the item).
3. Certain sale items and gifts.
**Refunds**
If an item is damaged before use or if we ship an incorrect item that does not match your order, we will arrange the following:
A full refund of the product price and shipping costs to the customer's payment account.
Or
We will arrange to resend a new item as a replacement.
A refund of the product price to the customer's payment account.
**Exchanges**
Subject to availability, we accept one exchange for the same style (different size) only.
The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If the product is out of stock, we will refund the customer the product price.
