Precautions:
■ Use cold or filtered water to make ice cubes.
■ Before using for the first time, please wash with neutral detergent before use.
■ For drinks, please choose non-toxic flowers, or only for decoration.
■ If transparency is not possible-
* After adding water, please flick the Silicone mold, try to drive out the air bubbles.
* Set the temperature of the freezer to the middle position to reduce the freezing speed.
* If the water is hard (salt), it will affect the formation of ice crystals and cannot be completely transparent.
If it cannot be made into a perfect circle-
* Make sure that the parts of the inner layer are tightly combined and will not leak.
* Please fill up with water, leaving no gaps.
■ Shake slightly before placing in the freezer to facilitate the escape of air bubbles.
■ Set the freezer to the MID/temperature range (-18°C), too "warm" temperatures will cause ice to form slowly,
Temperatures that are too "cold" may lead to the formation of needle-like bubbles.
■ When taking out the ice box, put the polar ice box at room temperature for one to three minutes, it will be much easier to take out.
■ To stock pucks, place pucks in a ziplock bag before placing them in the freezer.
■ If the product needs to be returned or exchanged, please keep the product intact and without scratches, and the product must be in a "new and unused" state
And complete packaging (including purchased goods, accessories, inner and outer packaging, manuals, gifts, etc.).
