Improper fitting resulting in failure to refurbish: worn soles/scratched uppers/stained insoles/severely damaged uppers/toe lasts/missing shoelaces/marks on shoe materials 2. When sending back, please completely wrap the shoe box with the original packaging box or other plastic bags. Please do not directly stick tape or write on the shoe box.
