Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and environmentally friendly. It retains the unique textures and markings from the cow's growth process, such as scars, insect marks, growth lines, blood vessels, etc. These are not considered defects. During processing, shipping, and production, minor indentations or scratches may occur, which are considered normal unless they cause damage to the leather surface. In respect for life and natural materials, we will not (and cannot) completely avoid these, except for major scars. Please consider this carefully if you are concerned. While the finished product may not be as perfect as machine-produced items, it possesses a unique warmth and texture. Furthermore, with time and usage, the leather will develop personal scratches and marks, darken, and gain a sheen, gradually evolving into a unique piece that reflects its owner. This is the characteristic of vegetable-tanned leather, making each leather product uniquely charming. **/ Color /** Firstly, screen displays have color differences. Additionally, even within the same brand, leather colors can vary between different batches, storage times, and even different parts of the same hide due to variations in grain and dye absorption. Colors will not be consistent between orders placed at different times. Please refer to the actual product. **/ About Customization /** (No appreciation period. No returns or exchanges.) This product is made to order. Please specify your customization requests, such as "stitching color" and "embossed text and font," when placing your order. If no specifications are provided, it will be assumed that you agree to the designer's choice of "stitching color" and that the "embossed text" will be left blank. As each order is "customized," it cannot be resold to others (the finished product cannot have its stitching changed or text re-embossed). Therefore, unless there is an error in the specifications, our "customized products" are not subject to an appreciation period and we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason (such as too loose/tight, rough leather/workmanship, inaccurate color, poor texture, not meeting expectations, etc.).
