▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. Upon placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. For laser engraving options, please specify your desired text in the "Message to Designer" section after confirming your engraving details.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen workshop location contacts you to confirm your reserved date and availability.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Hall can provide a uniform invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the activity is cancelled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
