To ensure smooth delivery, please message us your preferred delivery time slot before placing your order. (Deliveries are primarily made in eco-friendly cardboard boxes. Gift bags are available for purchase if needed.) - Important Notes: 1. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or time slots. It is recommended to allow for some flexibility in delivery timing. 2. Gift deliveries will not display the purchaser's information. If you wish to include your name, please add a note in your order. 3. Card services are available for purchase. Please specify the card's purpose in the remarks, e.g., Birthday Card / Christmas Card. 4. Deliveries are packaged in standard kraft paper boxes for protection. Premium gift bags can be purchased separately; exquisite gift box packaging is not provided. 5. All items are made to order. Orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends) after payment confirmation. For urgent orders or bulk purchases, please contact us by phone first. 6. Preserved flowers (and dried flowers) are processed natural plants. They may not be perfectly symmetrical or flawless, and slight shedding during transit is normal and does not affect their appearance or usability. This is not considered a defect. Perfectionists, please consider carefully. 7. Each floral gift is handmade, and the final product may not be identical to the photo. If a specific flower is unavailable, our designer will substitute it with a similar color and style (no prior notification will be given to avoid delaying your gift). - Care Instructions: 1. Avoid direct sunlight and humidity. If the flowers become damp, you can use a hairdryer on a cool setting to gently dry the petals or use a dehumidifier. Direct sunlight can cause discoloration that cannot be reversed. 2. To remove dust, gently brush the petals with a soft brush or use a blower ball. 3. When properly cared for, preserved flowers can last for 1-2 years.
