In the palm-sized costume brooch series, animals are embroidered with light gray thread to complement the costume. Sit back in a chair upholstered in lustrous brown wood and crimson velvet. Holding up stylish dark brown and gold opera glasses in her hand, she waits impatiently for the appearance of the star. The brooch metal fittings adopted a type called a rotating pin. The needle can be moved only when worn, and can be locked to prevent it from popping out at other times. I embroidered a very thin cloth called organdy on the base with a single piece of Embroidery thread, and the back side was made with felt.
