The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items will be dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please expect a waiting period. Items priced at $2000 TWD or above will be presented in a jewelry box (boxes for items under $2000 TWD must be purchased separately). 2. For non-plated pure silver items, a polishing cloth will be included. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple items will be packaged with minimal waste (items that come with a box will still include one).
