*This is a custom piece for "A".
This bracelet is crafted by linking Emerald Roman Glass, Antique Bohemian Beads, textured brass beads, emerald beads, and Afghan charms with bells.
The elongated beads are Roman glass. Roman glass dates back to the Roman Empire (27 BCE - 395 CE).
The tubular pieces are made from ancient bangles, which is why they have a slight curve.
As these are old artifacts, there might be minor chips, but they do not affect everyday wear.
The Roman glass features charming patterns in white, yellow, and orange.
The bird-shaped bead is carved from Roman glass.
The clear, oval-shaped beads are early 20th-century Bohemian beads.
They show signs of age with minor scratches, but this only enhances their wonderful character!
(Bohemian bead size: 0.8cm width, 0.7cm height)
The textured beads are brass beads created by the Benin people of Africa.
The emerald blue beads are antique beads known as Indo-Pacific beads. The origin of Indo-Pacific beads is said to be the 2nd century BCE. These particular beads are archaeological finds from Indonesia, dating back to approximately the 10th century – over 1000 years old!
The teardrop-shaped charm with a chain is an old Afghan piece.
The bells are from the Kuchi tribe, used historically as decorative elements, and are also old.
The clasp is an S-hook, allowing for versatile wear.
