Gemstones are sourced from trusted industry suppliers, and silver materials are also procured from reliable merchants and partnered manufacturers. For plating, both fine jewelry plating and industrial plating techniques are utilized. If you have concerns about material allergies, please consult with the designer before placing your order. Most items in the design studio are made to order. The estimated shipping time can be viewed on the Pinkoi desktop version. In-stock items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order pieces, please allow for production time. If you require the jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before ordering to inquire about stock availability or production capacity. Jewelry that undergoes factory processing typically requires a longer lead time. Items processed by the factory include: wax-carved pieces, 3D printed items, plated items, and other services such as engraving... Items priced above NT$2,000 will be presented in a jewelry box (a separate purchase is required for items under NT$2,000). 2. Non-plated pure silver items will come with a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental considerations, multiple items will be packaged with minimal, eco-friendly packaging (items that include a box will still be boxed). If you require separate packaging, please inform the designer. The image displays the jewelry box; the video shows the complete shipping packaging, making it suitable for gifting. However, due to variations in equipment and display screens, slight color discrepancies may occur. Gemstone colors may also appear differently due to light refraction. 『Care Instructions』 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemicals (such as perfumes). 3. When not in use, gently wipe with a soft cloth/polishing cloth and store in a sealed bag. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for cleaning; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 『Return Policy』 Returns and refunds are not accepted for items with non-standard colors or specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, gold plating or non-plated) as per the product description, nor for custom orders such as engraving or ear clip conversions.
