Graphics or text placed too close to the edge risk being cropped! ⭕ To provide convenience for unique, custom-made products, we offer convenience store payment and pickup services. We kindly ask all buyers to pick up their orders from the convenience store. Failure to do so will result in legal action, and we will not tolerate such breaches of trust. ⭕ If a re-shipment is required due to non-pickup, the buyer will be responsible for the [original order amount + shipping fees + re-shipment fees]. ★ The following situations do not constitute product defects: (1) Damaged outer packaging (due to logistics). (2) Minor loose threads, snags, stray threads, or redundant stitching. (3) Products are handmade; slight variations and occasional threads are normal. Redundant stitching that does not affect functionality is also considered normal. The above situations are not considered defects. (4) Color fading after washing. (5) Color differences, color shifts, or discrepancies between the finished product and expectations. (6) Imperfect stitching or craftsmanship. (7) Misalignment or imperfections at the connection points of pattern matching between different fabric pieces. (8) Pottery/Ceramics: Bubbles < 1mm; bumps < 1mm; stains/dye splatters < 2mm; cracks < 2mm; color bleeding < 2x5mm. (9) Dimensions and Prints: For dimensions within 100cm, an error of < 3%; for dimensions over 100cm, an error of < 5%. Due to the numerous manual processes involved in production, customers who are highly concerned about precise dimensions/colors should carefully consider before ordering.
