The release paper makes it easier and more convenient to cut and paste, so you don't have to worry about the cut-out designs sticking to your scissors. ◆ Design Story ◆ This piece came about quite spontaneously XD I realized I hadn't yet created a tape particularly suitable for background basing. I thought foam would be a great theme and decided to give it a try. While there are many bubble-themed tapes on the market, they tend to feature individual bubbles. However, I personally prefer a more dense foam effect, so I included larger bubbles alongside more tightly clustered ones.
