Phalaenopsis orchids typically bloom for about a month, though this can vary by cultivar. Please provide appropriate care based on your environment to extend their blooming period. Fresh flowers and plants are perishable. Minor damage or scuffs may occur during production and delivery; slight imperfections are considered within a reasonable range. Should a specific flower color or variety be unavailable, we will substitute it with a similar variety to maintain the integrity and aesthetic of the design, without prior notification. Delivery Methods Inner Taipei Area: Same-day delivery via Lalamove or by our staff. Outer Taipei Areas & Other Counties: Delivery will be dispatched the day before the scheduled delivery date via Hsinchu Logistics. (Sunday and Monday deliveries cannot be specified; arrangements depend on the driver's route. We recommend scheduling delivery for an earlier date.) Accuracy of Recipient Information Please ensure the recipient's name and phone number are provided correctly, and that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. No refunds or replacements will be offered for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, the recipient being unavailable, or inability to contact the recipient.
