If canceled, returns and refunds will not be accepted ❗️Be sure to note your hand circumference when placing an order. Please make sure your hand circumference is measured correctly. If the kumihimo bracelet needs to be resized, an additional labor fee of 250 yuan and round-trip shipping will be charged!!! Thank you for your understanding~~ Please read carefully before ordering▼ (1) Each product is purely handmade. We hope you can give us time for careful production. The production time is about 10-45 working days. If there is an urgent matter, please send a private message to discuss it. (2) The products are all customized and do not apply to the 7-day appreciation period. Every bracelet we produce tries to avoid defects, including screening beads, inspecting cords, and testing elastic cords, unless the product arrives after it arrives. If you find defects in your hands (ex. worn crystal beads, broken bracelets, etc.) that are not caused by artificial damage, we can provide return and exchange services. Please try to avoid pulling too hard. (3) For defective product return procedures, please send us a private message within three days after receiving the product to provide detailed reasons for return and exchange and photos of product defects. After receiving the message, we will arrange follow-up return and exchange services, and the freight for returned and exchanged products. All are paid by the responsible family. (4) The products are all handmade. Of course, they cannot match the accuracy of machine production. Therefore, it is normal for there to be a difference of 0.5% in hand size! (5) Opeyemi’s products all provide lifetime free maintenance (per year/time). Maintenance items: -Wipe and purify crystals -Elastic thread replacement service (not provided for braided hand ropes) -If the hand circumference does not fit, it can be modified free of charge (in order to avoid the buyer’s extra expense on shipping costs, it is recommended to measure accurately when ordering) However, fees will still be charged based on the storage condition and degree of damage of the product itself. Maintenance is free and only the return shipping fee is charged [a warranty card will be provided after shipment] (6) All crystal beads are natural stones, and it is normal to have impurities. However, we will carefully select them before production to try to avoid quality differences. We will strictly control the wires, beads, and even incense. (7) After paying the deposit for customized products, if you cancel the order, the deposit will not be refunded, and no changes to the customized content will be provided. We will only open the customized order after confirming the customized content!
