Delivery Service Description § We provide professional delivery and in-home placement services. § The product price does not include delivery fees and floor fees, which should be paid directly to the delivery personnel. § A service fee of $200 applies for designated holiday deliveries, and a service fee of $700 applies for designated date deliveries. Please pay these directly to the delivery personnel on-site. § In case of inability to deliver due to force majeure factors such as adverse weather, terrain, or remote area restrictions, the company reserves the right to decide whether to ship. We appreciate your understanding. § Delivery is by appointment. Once a schedule is confirmed, please do not make last-minute changes. If the installation date is changed without permission, an additional fee of $1000 will be charged.
