When I painted this picture, I happened to be in poor health. The doctor asked about my recent emotions, only to find that I was sometimes too easily affected by work.
It may be work, the people around you, or the environment. When you are too much, your emotions are the first to be affected, but in the end it is your health that is hurt.
When emotions come, you might as well take a deep breath and return the peace to yourself; when you are stressed, it is better to stop and return your life to yourself.
We can't decide whether the mood is good or bad, but we can control our own weather.
