🏷About shipping and packaging
/ All products are made "after order and payment", no return or exchange, hand-made products will take a long time, please book early, if there is an urgent need, you can ask for private information, and arrange according to the order status
/ After delivery, the delivery will take about 2-3 days for delivery, and the delivery will take about 1-2 days for delivery. Due to the logistics situation, we cannot know the exact delivery date.

🏷About the product
/ Part of the flower arrangement will be adjusted slightly according to the season. The shape and color of the flower are different from batch to batch. The designer will choose the most suitable alternative flower material when the overall color system and style remain unchanged. Those who accept it will place an order.
/ The size of the product has a detailed description, please take the actual size as the main size, do not directly imagine the size and only take the hand-held photo as a reference for the size
/ If you need to make a custom design based on the existing flowers in the studio, please ask for the custom style and color system. It is not possible to change it after the order is placed.
/ Please respect each designer, we are not allowed to make other store styles or make according to pictures
🏷About saving
/ Dried flowers are preserved for about half a year to 1 year, without withering flowers / Immortal flowers are about 1-3 years, depending on the state of preservation, all fade and wither over time
/ Dry flowers should be placed in a dry and ventilated place without direct sunlight, which can extend the shelf life and maintain good flower condition
/ Never water, and avoid wet toilets, kitchens and clothes rooms
/ Suitable to be placed in an air-conditioned room or an environment with a humidity between 40-65 degrees
