・Transportation: Take the Red Line MRT to "Aozihdi Station," Exit 3. Walk straight along Bo'ai 2nd Road for approximately 6 minutes. Turn right onto Mingcheng 2nd Road. You will see "Louis Electrical Company Kaohsiung Branch" across the street. The entrance to the crafting classroom is next to "睦 MARS Maker Space." Enter the building and walk straight to the end, then take the elevator to the fifth floor.

▶ Important Notes
・If you register the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・After completing your order and checkout, the purchase details serve as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at your scheduled session time. No separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders without payment completed are considered unsuccessful registrations. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once full. Orders without payment will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The following rules apply:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refund policies are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted 60 days or more before the class starts, a refund of 95% of the total agreed tuition fee will be provided.
B. For refund requests submitted between 59 days and 8 days before the class starts, a refund of 90% of the total agreed tuition fee will be provided.
C. For refund requests submitted between 7 days and 1 day before the class starts, a refund of 80% of the total agreed tuition fee will be provided.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot commit to the rescheduled time, please opt for a refund.
・For same-day cancellations or rescheduling, refunds and changes are not possible, as materials and venue arrangements will have been completed. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To ensure the rights of other participants, attendees arriving 15 minutes or more after the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show and forfeit their session.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details, including account holder name and number. Refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Non-ticket holders are not permitted to accompany participants, unless a child requires assistance from a parent for completion or there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. In such cases, please contact the venue in advance to inquire.
・If the minimum enrollment of 6 participants is not met two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the event and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・Participants must adhere to the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructor.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・Photos and videos of the experience may be taken by the organizer as needed and uploaded to xiabenhow's social media after the event. The organizer may use photos and videos containing your likeness for event documentation or other promotional purposes in the future.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
