After the ticket is purchased, the station will provide a successful ticket purchase certificate, and no physical ticket will be sent. On the day of the event, please go to the registration office to show the successful registration notification letter or order to enter. 2. If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all expenses incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the event materials must be prepared 3 days before the event, refunds will not be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event. 3. If the date is changed due to personal factors, please refund the ticket and buy the ticket again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event. 4. The activity is suitable for parent-child groups over the age of 4. Activity materials are prepared for ticket buyers. 5. If the number of applicants for the event does not reach 2 people 2 days before the start date of the event, the organizer has the right to cancel the event and notify you to change the event or refund. 6. Admission is open 10 minutes before the activity. In order to make the experience activities go smoothly, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue, and you will not be able to refund the fee. 7. Please abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the on-site instructions. If you violate the rules and cause damage, you should be responsible for it yourself. 8. If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund. 9. If the participation in the activity is suspended due to non-accountable factors, no refund will be made. 10.
