▶ Ticket Purchase & Event Details
1. After placing your order, the system will send an "E-Ticket Notification Email."
2. For laser-engraved options, if you have confirmed the engraving content, please specify it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your registration is complete only after a store associate from your chosen experience location contacts you and confirms the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials will be prepared upon order confirmation and payment; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 provides a standard invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice with a Tax ID Number (統編), please provide the company name and Tax ID Number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. Refunds will not be issued if the event is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class suspension due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or process a refund.
