▶ Ticket Purchase Policy
1. After placing an order, you will receive an "E-ticket Notification Email" from the system.
2. If you select the laser engraving option, please specify your desired engraving content in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your reservation is confirmed only after a store associate from the experience location contacts you to confirm the date and availability.
4. Please book at least 3 days in advance, as materials need to be prepared after payment.
5. ART64 Design Museum provides a unified invoice receipt. If you require a company-specific invoice, please provide the company name and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is canceled due to reasons not attributable to ART64.
7. In case of class cancellation due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to reschedule or arrange a refund.
