Step 2 Wash and blanch the pork ribs (or chicken), then add them to the pot with ginger. Step 3 Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce to low heat until the ribs are tender (or the rice wine has evaporated). Step 4 Add goji berries, season to taste, and serve.
