【About Tardiness】 ➤ 【Please arrive at the studio 10 minutes before your scheduled class time.**】 Each student's class is scheduled independently. Even if you book the same session as others, tardiness is calculated individually. For example, if two people book a session and one arrives on time, the class will begin promptly without waiting for the other student. Students arriving late will only be able to participate for the remaining duration of the class, and the studio is not responsible if your work cannot be completed as scheduled. ➤ In case of unforeseen circumstances, such as {confirmed COVID-19 case}, {flu}, {car accident}, {illness}, or {family emergency}, please contact us via our official Line: @mby8284v to reschedule. You must provide {relevant proof: photos, medical documentation} to arrange a new session. (Your booking will be held for three months; failure to reschedule within this period will be considered forfeiture.) ➤ If you need to change your date, please notify us at least 6 days in advance. For changes made within 6 days, a change fee of '$500 per person' will apply, and this can only be done once. **No same-day changes are accepted.** 【About Refunds】 ➤ As instructors must immediately prepare materials and teaching aids after all classes are booked, these are non-recoverable costs. To protect your rights and those of our team, full refunds will not be issued for cancellations due to personal reasons. ➤ Requests made 8 days before the event (excluding the event day): Full refund. ➤ Requests made 6 days before the event (excluding the event day): 50% refund of the registration fee. ➤ Requests made 3 days before the event (excluding the event day): Cancellations and refunds are not accepted. 【Class Suspension Due to Natural Disasters】 ➤ In the event of unavoidable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, LYNLI Jewelry will proactively contact you to arrange for postponement or a refund. 【Damage to Tools and Materials】 ➤ If, during the process, materials are mistakenly made or damaged due to personal oversight, you will need to purchase new materials to continue production. Students must adhere to the venue rules and follow the on-site instructor's guidance. Any damages caused by violations will be the student's responsibility. 【No Companions Without Purchased Course】 ➤ Only individuals who have purchased this course are permitted to enter the classroom. Unpurchased companions may not participate in the experience. 【Age Restrictions】 ➤ Children aged 12 and above are welcome to register for this activity. For registrants aged 12 to 17, one legal guardian may accompany them free of charge. Please note the guardian's name, phone number, and relationship to the registrant when booking. 【Ring Size Adjustment Explanation】 ➤ After the workshop, you will sign to confirm that the ring size and finished product meet your needs. Subsequent adjustments will incur a fee. ➤ Enlarging Ring Size: A complimentary one-time adjustment to enlarge the ring size is available (limited to 0.5-1 size increase). For enlargements exceeding 1 size, additional silver will be required, and a quote will be provided based on the materials used. ➤ Reducing Ring Size: A service fee of '$350 per ring (for mailing)' is required. Same-day repairs are not possible. Registered mail fee is an additional $60. 【Photo Release】 ➤ Professional photographers may be present to capture behind-the-scenes moments during the workshop as needed. Photos will be uploaded to the LYNLI Jewelry Facebook fan page and Instagram brand page after the event. Photos and images containing your likeness may be used for event documentation or other promotional purposes in the future. You are welcome to download your event photos. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will ensure you are not included in the shots.
