Mug dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and slight imperfections on the curved edges, such as air bubbles, are unavoidable during the mug's manufacturing process and are not considered grounds for return or exchange. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scrubbers or steel wool) that could scratch or peel off the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are fired at high temperatures. Imperfections like inclusions or small pits may occur during firing and are considered normal. ● Minor scratches or dust on the coaster surface are unavoidable. There may be approximately a 10% variation in the quality of unglazed blanks for each batch. The ink absorption in the pores of the coasters can vary, particularly with light-colored backgrounds or dark-colored backgrounds, which may result in uneven color blocks or cloudy patterns. These situations are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you are comfortable with these characteristics before placing an order if you are a perfectionist. ● Each set of coasters comes in a paper box. The anti-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mockups for reference only. The actual product color and proportions may vary slightly; the final product is definitive. This is a customized product. Production begins the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan.
