Workshop Description
Notes
・Only those who are over 12 years old can sign up for this event.
・Limited to the ticket buyer + 1 person to participate (parent-child/friend/couple) must be noted when placing the order. ⚠︎︎ Venue rental factors, +1 needs to be paid by oneself. (130 yuan on weekdays / 200 yuan per person on holidays)
・After the ticket is successfully purchased, you will receive an electronic ticket notification, and no physical ticket will be sent. On the day of the event, please present your e-ticket at the registration counter to enter.
・If you are unable to attend after the payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and all fees incurred at 30% of the ticket price will be charged. Since the designer has to prepare materials 10 days before the event, refunds and exchanges will not be accepted within 10 days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund the ticket and buy the ticket again. No refund or exchange will be accepted within 10 days from the day before the event.
・If the registration for the event does not meet the standard 10 days before the event start date, the event has the right to cancel the event, and notify the replacement event or refund.
・Admission is open 15 minutes before the activity. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience activity, please be careful not to be late. If you are late for more than 30 minutes, you will not be able to enter the venue and you will not be able to refund.
・Friendly environment, please bring your own water bottle or cup.
・Should abide by the rules of the event venue and cooperate with the instructions of the on-site lecturers. If there is any violation and damage is caused, you should be responsible for it yourself.

・If the participation in the activity is suspended due to non-accountable factors, the money will not be refunded.
・If the class is suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund. In case of a typhoon, the class suspension standard announced by the event venue will be the class start and refund standard, regardless of the location of the participants.
・The experience activities will be taken by the sponsor according to the needs, and will be uploaded to the Pinpin Academy community after the activity. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for activity records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not want to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site, and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
Precautions for epidemic prevention-
In order to maintain the safety of students, please comply with the following items in the near future
1. Please cooperate with alcohol disinfection and measure your body temperature at home before class. If your body temperature exceeds 37.5 degrees, please rest at home.
We will assist in the completion of the production and will not reschedule the class.
