As our fabric is woven on shuttle looms over 100 years old in Kurashiki, occasional "weaving imperfections" may appear, which can look like minor "frays." While these are unavoidable with the use of vintage machinery, we diligently inspect each piece in our factory and take care to avoid these areas during cutting. If found, we place them in inconspicuous spots. However, due to the nature of the machinery, they cannot be entirely eliminated.
