Packaging cannot be returned or exchanged separately. 8. For genuine leather insoles, variations in texture and color will naturally occur in different areas of the skin or depending on the season. (unlike artificial leather, which has uniform color and texture). Wrinkles or color differences are not considered defects. 9. Product images may vary slightly depending on individual screen settings; actual product colors are definitive.
