✧ To maintain the quality of our one-day experience courses, all course content will not include cutting or grinding.

✧ Upon successful contact, we will confirm the glass color options with you on the same day. There are 145 colors to choose from. You can select your preferred colors for design after placing your order. Please pay close attention to messages to avoid missing important information.
✧ When selecting glass colors for your creation, the number of glass pieces varies for each design. If you wish to use more than the allotted colors, additional glass material can be purchased at a rate of $480 per 10x10cm piece, payable on-site.
✧ All creations are handmade during the experience course. Each piece is unique in color and pattern. Variations in lighting may also affect the perceived depth of color. Therefore, please note that there may be color differences between photos and the actual product. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking.
✧ During the glass production process, minor scratches or air bubbles may occur. The solder lines are handmade and may have slight imperfections. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before booking.
✧ Pendant accessories are optional add-ons and can be selected on-site.

【Work Maintenance】
✧ Prolonged exposure to air may cause an oxidation layer to form on the solder. Simply wipe gently with a dry cotton cloth for daily care.
✧ For advanced maintenance, you can apply a thin layer of water wax (soft wax) to the surface, let it dry, and then polish with a dry cotton cloth until it shines.

1. If the course duration is exceeded, an additional fee of $300 per person will be charged for every 30 minutes to 1 hour.
2. For safety during the class, accompanying guests are not permitted.
3. If you have long hair, please bring a hair tie.
4. As the course involves soldering, wearing a mask is recommended.
5. If you do not follow the instructor's guidance during the course and cause damage to equipment or the environment, you will be responsible for compensating the original price of the damaged item.

*Refund and Cancellation Policy*
1. Upon confirmation of your course reservation, materials will be prepared immediately, and therefore, refunds are not accepted.
2. If you need to reschedule within 8 days of your chosen course date, you may postpone your booking once free of charge (valid for up to three months from the original course date).
3. If you have not rescheduled within three months, or if you are unable to attend after the free postponement, you will need to place a new order.
4. Same-day cancellations or arriving 15 minutes late will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and you will need to place a new order.
