【 What’s Inside the Kit 】
3-Liter Glass Fermentation Carboy (with Handle)
Designed to brew 2 liters of beer, leaving a 1-liter headspace for the fermentation foam (kräusening). The 2-liter capacity is the perfect size for first-time homebrewers, ensuring a hassle-free and manageable process. 3-Piece Airlock & Food-Grade Silicone Stopper

【 The 3-Week Brewing Timeline 】
Mashing & Preparing (1.5 Hours): Turn raw ingredients into wort and prepare for acidification.
Follow the four core steps: Mashing, Kettle Sour Prep, Boiling, and Cooling. Boil the malt into wort and pitch the lactic acid bacteria.
Kettle Acidification (2 Days): Let the lactic acid bacteria work their magic to create a tart base.
Remember to seal the pot tightly with plastic wrap and its lid to keep wild airborne bacteria out.
Boiling Stage (1.5 Hours): Boil the acidified wort once more.
This is when we add the hops and dried lemons, filling the air with a bright, tart, fruity aroma.
Fermentation (2 Weeks): Sit back and relax as the wort transforms into beer.
You don't need to do a thing during this phase. Just crack the whip and let the yeast do the work while you enjoy the show of bubbling fermentation. Alcohol is created naturally.
Bottling & Conditioning (30 Minutes): Bottle your beer and let it mature for 1 week before serving.
Transfer the fermented beer into bottles, add a small touch of priming sugar to create natural carbonation, and after 2 weeks of conditioning, pop them in the fridge and start drinking!
*Best flavor profile is enjoyed within one month.
