All graphics and text on each invitation must be identical. If you have different content or versions, please accumulate quantities separately. ★ No extra charge for: Mixing and matching front and back designs (please clearly note the front and back design numbers), background color can be changed, non-photo designs can be adjusted to photo designs. The total number of modifications is limited to three. ★ The initial layout is free of charge. Minor text changes are also free. Significant modifications (e.g., changing illustrations) may incur a fee. Please communicate reasonably with the designer. Feel free to inquire about any questions. ★ This product is priced for printing. Hot stamping services can be added to invitations and envelopes for an additional cost, based on a separate quote. ⭐️ Remarks ★ We recommend confirming your required number of invitations and adding extra sheets for spares before ordering. If you need to reorder in the future, it will be treated as a new order. ★ Once the final layout is confirmed and sent for printing, we cannot accept cancellations or order/content modifications. ⭐️ Shipping ★ Paper37Shop strives to protect products during shipping. We also aim to reuse packaging materials for environmental sustainability. ★ If the product is damaged during transit, please photograph the damage immediately and send it to us. After determining responsibility, we will arrange for returns or exchanges as appropriate and seek compensation from the logistics provider. ★ If transit is delayed, please inform us (excluding peak periods like 11/11, 12/12, long holidays, or special festivals). Thank you very much. 🔔 About Color Difference Screen colors and print colors have different color gamuts, resulting in variations. ★ Screen colors are RGB → displayed on a light-emitting screen, colors appear more vibrant and bright. ★ Print colors are CMYK → inks cannot reproduce some particularly bright colors. The final printed product will appear slightly less saturated and darker than on-screen colors. Therefore, color differences between the product and the on-screen artwork are normal. The color difference in printed output cannot be based on the customer's screen. Different paper types, ink batches, and atmospheric humidity on the printing day can all affect color reproduction. If you have precise color requirements, please consider carefully before ordering. 🔔 Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period. If uncollected, fees may be pursued according to the "Consumer Protection Act." Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act states that consumers engaging in distance or door-to-door transactions may cancel the contract within seven days of receiving goods or services by returning the goods or providing written notice, without needing to provide reasons or bear any fees or consideration. The proviso of the same paragraph further stipulates that there are reasonable exceptions for distance transactions. The Executive Yuan announced the "Regulations for Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Dissolution for Distance Transactions" at the end of 2015, effective January 1, 2016. Article 2, Subparagraph 2 of these regulations clearly states that "customized services provided according to consumer requests" may be excluded from the right of contract dissolution within seven days as stipulated in Article 19, Paragraph 1 of the Consumer Protection Act. ⛔️ Cash on delivery service is not available for customized products. ⛔️ Customized products are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
