Drill the holes first, then screw the nut in. Then screw the locking brass post into the nut. After closing the handle onto the embedded screws, use a hexagonal wrench to tighten the side set screws securely. - This installation method is only suitable for doors with handles installed on one side. The screw heads will not be visible on the other side of the door. **Solid Wood Care** - This product is made of furniture-grade solid wood and is finished with a natural wood oil. - To prevent deterioration, cracking, and mold on the wood surface, avoid direct sunlight and humid environments. - If the surface is dirty, wipe it with a cloth suitable for cleaning, dampened with water, then wipe it off with a dry cloth.
