II How to use II Neem oil MUST BE DILUTED before using it on dogs. Insect repellent spray: ratio is 1:10. Mix 1 part of neem oil with 9 parts of filter or distilled water. After mixed, shake well and spray lightly onto your dog. OR spray onto your hands and rub it onto the dog’s neck. Avoid contact with eyes, ear, nose, mouth and genital areas. Insect repllent & relieve itch shampoo: ratio is 1:10. Mix 1 part of neem oil with 9 parts of your dog shampoo. Wash your dog as usual, avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth.
