Precautions
✧ If the product is defective during transportation, it can be returned or exchanged within 7 days. The returned product must be in new condition and with complete packaging, otherwise the return rights will be affected
✧ Based on personal hygiene considerations, earrings with defects other than those listed above are not eligible for return or exchange
✧ Natural stone products may have different colors and shapes, and may have natural cracks on the surface. If you cannot accept this, please do not place an order.
✧ The color of the product may vary slightly due to the lighting at the shooting location and the screen display settings. Please do not place an order if you cannot accept this.
Usage and maintenance
✧ Please do not bring metal products to hot springs/bathing/swimming to prevent the metal from turning black.
✧ When not wearing silver jewelry, you can store it in a ziplock bag to isolate it from air and prevent oxidation.
✧ Do not scratch any jewelry with gold foil, as the surface may be scratched or peeled off.
✧ 999 Silver is thin, delicate and ductile. If too much pressure is applied to it, the jewelry will be deformed.
