It is recommended to gently wipe them with a dry cloth or clean water before the first use. - Daily Cleaning: After your practice, use a clean, damp cloth with water to wipe away sweat and oils along the surface. - Storage: After cleaning, air dry in a cool, ventilated area. Ensure the product is completely dry before storing. 【Important Notes】 - Clean gently with a soft cloth. Avoid vigorous scrubbing or rough brushes to prevent scratches or discoloration. Also, avoid direct sunlight to extend the material's lifespan and prevent brittleness or deformation. - New products may have a slight scent of new materials upon opening; this is normal for the material. Placing them in a cool, ventilated area for 1-2 days will allow the scent to dissipate naturally. - Yoga bricks are foam products. Minor imperfections may occur during production, such as tiny pinholes the size of rice grains, indentations on the back, or small surface marks. These are not considered defects. - Marbled/wood grain styles are made from integral molding foam, making each pattern and color unique. - Temporary indentations from packaging will self-correct. Please place the brick horizontally for about 3 days, and its resilient material will restore its shape. - Due to variations in photography lighting and individual display settings (monitors/phones), the actual product color may slightly differ from the images. Please refer to the received item for the accurate color. 【Shipping and Delivery Process】 I. Taiwan Area - In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days via Hsinchu Logistics or Black Cat courier. - You can expect to receive your order within approximately 1-3 business days after shipment. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (no deliveries on Sundays). - For remote or difficult-to-access locations, items will be sent via postal mail. - Please be mindful of delivery times and watch for potential calls from the delivery driver to avoid missing your package. II. Convenience Store Pickup (7-11/ FamilyMart) - In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Delivery is expected within approximately 2-4 business days after shipment. ***Maximum of 6 units per order for convenience store pickup.*** III. Hong Kong & Macau - In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. - Items will be delivered by SF Express, with delivery times ranging from 2-6 business days (excluding holidays). - Please note that overseas orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
