【Product Information】 - Dimensions: 23.5 x 15 x 8.5cm - Hardness: 40-45D / 50-55D - Weight: Approx. 0.3kg (40D) / 0.4kg (50D) - Material: EVA (Ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer) - Origin: Taiwan 【Care Instructions】 - Wipe clean with a damp cloth. 【Important Notes】 - Each yoga brick is finished through a grinding process, which may leave slight powder residue on the surface. It is recommended to gently wipe with a dry cloth or rinse with water and air dry before first use. - Avoid vigorous scrubbing to prevent surface scratches or color fading. - Keep away from high temperatures and direct sunlight to prevent deformation and prolong lifespan. - Any indentations from shipping will naturally recover within 3 days of resting. - We strive to represent the product's true colors, but variations may occur due to monitor display differences. The actual product received is final. - New material may have a slight odor upon opening, which will dissipate when placed in a cool, ventilated area. - As a foamed product, minor imperfections such as tiny pinholes (rice-sized), minor indentations on the back, or small surface marks may occur during production. These are not considered defects. 【Shipping & Delivery Process】 I. Taiwan Area 1. Home Delivery (Hsinchu Logistics): In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Delivery takes 1-3 business days. Deliveries are made Monday to Saturday (no Sunday delivery). You may note your preferred delivery date and time when ordering, and we will relay this to the logistics company. Delivery is subject to the courier's actual delivery schedule. Night delivery and delivery to upper floors are not provided. Please be mindful of delivery times and watch for calls from the driver to avoid missing your package. 2. Home Delivery (Post Office): For special circumstances such as outlying islands, or locations with specific shipping fees (e.g., mountainous areas, schools), items will be sent via postal mail without prior notice. 3. Convenience Store Pickup (7-11 / FamilyMart) **Limit of 10 items per order** - In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. - Estimated delivery time after shipping is 2-4 business days. II. Hong Kong & Macau - In-stock orders will be shipped within 3 business days. - Items will be delivered by SF Express, with delivery times ranging from 2-6 business days (excluding holidays). - Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
