【Safety Guarantee】
● Before the event, the boys’ work ID or employment certificate will be checked to confirm their identity. During the event, ID cards will be checked to confirm single status. (Audit real-name system)
● When registering, you can indicate the people you do not want to meet (such as colleagues) in the remarks column, which will help avoid sharing events.
● When participating in events, you can use your nickname to maintain privacy. (Participate in anonymity)
● Personal information will not be disclosed during the event to ensure privacy.
● After the event, if you discover that the other party has engaged in inappropriate behavior such as harassment, inform the organizer. Once verified, the other party will be blacklisted and will never be allowed to participate in the event.
● When registering at the event, the ID card will be checked. If you do not bring your ID card or if you are found to be someone else or not single, you will be deemed to have given up. You will not be allowed to participate in the event, and you will not be asked to refund the registration fee.
【Cancellation & Refund Policy】
■ If you cancel the event 7 days before the event (excluding the event date), 90% of the paid amount will be refunded.
■ If you cancel the event 6 days to 4 days before the event (excluding the event day), 50% of the paid amount will be refunded.
■ No cancellations will be accepted from 3 days before the event to the day of the event, and no refund will be given.
■ If participation in the event is terminated due to factors that are not responsible for the organizer, no refund will be given.
■ If due to force majeure factors such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you for an extension or refund.
■ If the event is canceled due to the organizer's reasons, the full amount will be refunded.
【Change date or event】
■ The date or other activities can be changed 4 days before the event (excluding the event day). But the change can only be made once.
■ If there is a price difference after changing the date or other activities, the excess fee will be refunded or compensated.
■ Cancellations will not be accepted due to date changes or other events.
■ No date changes will be accepted from 3 days before the event to the day of the event.
