KINBER partners with HCT (Home Cookie Express) for cake delivery. To ensure product quality and safe transit, all cakes are shipped via HCT's refrigerated delivery service. Therefore, refrigerated cakes are not available for delivery.
Cake delivery inherently carries risks. By completing your order, you acknowledge and accept these risks, agreeing to proceed with delivery. If you are unable to accept these conditions, we recommend opting for in-store pickup.
Our frozen cakes have a shelf life of at least 10 days. For cakes needed during peak seasons such as birthdays or holidays, please order well in advance to account for potential logistics and delivery delays. This ensures your cake arrives in perfect condition, allowing ample time for preparation and celebration.
