Vintage German Graetz Super 291W tube radio made in Altena, Westfalen in the 1960s.
The radio aspect of this set is unusable but it has been converted for a 3.5mm headphone jack and therefore a phone, bluetooth reciever or any audio output device can be used in conjunction with it. This set is ideal for older or classical music as it has good medium tones. This set is in fairly good condition with some light scuff marks and scratches on the plastic exterior.
As this is a tube system, each time it is turned on, it will take a couple of minutes for the tubes (and the full sound) to warm up. We recommend giving this set a little space for ventilation to prevent overheating. Audiophiles please note that while this set plays sound to it's complete capacity, it is from an era where mid-tones were predominant and therefore will not be to the standards of a modern wide-ranged EQ set. High quality recordings of this set can be provided on request if you are not able to visit and listen in person. While we guarantee that this set will reach you in working order, being a second hand electronic product, we cannot guarantee it's lifespan and cannot provide repair service in the future.
