・If seasonal flowers are out of stock, the florist will replace them with other suitable flowers.

｜How to save｜
・Please keep in a well-ventilated, dry place away from direct sunlight. A humid environment can easily make the petals of everlasting flowers transparent.
Flowers are prone to mold; direct sunlight can cause the color to fade faster.
・If the petals of the evergreen flower become transparent, they can be restored by using a dehumidifier or desiccant to remove moisture.
・Bright or dark colors of evergreen flowers, such as red and black, can easily stain other flowers. Also, try to avoid placing them against walls or wooden boards, as this will also easily stain other flowers. Only place an order if you don’t mind.
・If there is dust on the flowers, use a small brush to brush it off.

・Some products are in stock at our physical stores. It will take 3 working days to make them after payment is made on the day of order. It will take 3-6 working days from the start of production to shipment (excluding holidays). If you need it urgently, please ask first.
