Unlike seemingly flawless PU or patent leather, vegetable-tanned leather is natural and eco-friendly. It retains the unique textures and marks from the cow's growth, such as scars, insect bites, growth lines, veins, etc. These are not defects. Minor indentations or scratches from processing, shipping, and production are also considered normal, provided the leather surface is not damaged.
