Goldfish of Luck

A bright, dynamic combination of swirling lines and circles, bold pure colors on a calm blue background and expressive eyes. This is how I wanted to depict cheerful, goldfish. In almost all cultures and beliefs, goldfish are a symbol of luck, success and prosperity, readiness for changes in life and transformation. People believe that goldfish fulfill wishes, attract positive energy and help in life. That is why the symbolism of goldfish has become widespread. Fish are kept in aquariums, decorative ponds. Goldfish have long become pets. Fish are depicted not only in paintings, but also on dishes, textiles and many other things, which serves as evidence of their attractiveness. Fish have been charming and inspiring us for many years, reminding us of our limitless possibilities, giving us luck and predicting future success. It is not always possible to have live fish at home. But a painting with fish can always be placed in the house. And in this form, fish will undoubtedly bring good luck! Especially if this image is a living painting. After all, it carries the energy of its creator. And each painting for an artist is his child, into which love and tenderness are invested. I hope that my painting will also bring luck and happiness to the home and family. My work is done in mixed media, with acrylic paints on linen canvas. The canvas is stretched on a 40*50*2 cm stretcher. The side, upper and lower edges of the work are a continuation of the painting (gallery stretch of the canvas). A frame for framing the work is not required.
